Looking for creative mocktail ideas using Barley Tea? This Peach Ginger Spritz is one of our favorite influencer-created recipes—simple to make, refreshing to sip, and elevated enough to feel special.

There’s something timeless about peach and ginger—fresh, lightly sweet, and grounding all at once. When creator Brenda Hillegas (@BrendaonBroad) put together this Peach Ginger Spritz using our Barley Tea Fruited: Peach, the result was a mocktail that feels effortless yet intentional.

Barley Tea’s lightly roasted base brings balance and depth, while ginger beer adds a subtle bite that keeps each sip interesting. It’s perfect for warm afternoons, casual gatherings, or slowing down at the end of the day without alcohol.
